Modern and elegant showstopping cake design
Encased in smooth buttercream or creamy chocolate ganache for a sharp finish. My design style is contemporary and sophisticated with clean and sharp lines and an uncluttered aesthetic.
My standard cakes are about 7 inches tall so even a small cake is a showstopper.
They come presented on a large modern cake board and safely packaged in a cake box for transportation.

My cakes are made up of 4 layers of sponge layered with silky smooth meringue buttercream.
With the option of adding extra fillings such as; compotes, curds, caramels and crumbles, which takes the flavour to another level because life is too short for boring cake!
